Customers are respectfully reminded that whilst every effort is made to match colours, due to the different fabrics and the nature of the dyeing process, there may be some variation in the colour perception.

Perdita's Wedding Shoes will not be held liable for any fault which may arise during the dyeing of shoes.

By sending the swatch to us you are agreeing to these terms.

The times given are an estimate as we need to send them away for dyeing and to some degree this does depend on how quickly Royal Mail delivers as they are sent by recorded delivery.

If you require guaranteed next day delivery please ask when ordering.

We can't be held responsible for late deliveries due to postal strikes; this must be taken up with Royal Mail.

Cheques need to clear before we can start any dyeing and this normally takes five working days.

It is recommended that the dyed shoes are waterproofed using a scotch guard spray and Scotch guarding can be done very easily at home.

We can not and will not be held responsible for shoes sent to us for dyeing without a swatch.

We dye to standard colours ie red, silver, burgundy etc and these may not be the same as you yourself would interpret them.

If you send without a swatch you do so at your own risk.
