Q: Can I Order Over the Phone?

A: Yes! We would love to hear from you. Our phone lines for orders and advice are open Mon-Fri 9am-5pm. At times we are very busy so please leave us a message and we will call you back as soon as possible.

Q: Can I call to try my shoes on in person?

A: If you have seen your perfect shoes on our website but prefer to see and order them in person, then please contact us to make an appointment to visit us at our studio.
We are very happy to offer Bride Friendly hours to suit your schedule as we know how busy brides can be, please ask when arranging an appointment.

Please note: We do not carry all samples of every shoe sold on our website as some come direct from our suppliers. We would advise that when arranging your appointment you let us know the shoes you are interested in trying so we can save them for you, this will avoid disappointment and a wasted journey

Q: I would like detailing to my shoes but would like to see some samples of your work, is this possible?

A: Yes, we have sample shoes which we have detailed in our studio so please call to make an appointment so we can discuss your needs and help with the design of your perfect wedding shoes

Q: Do you have sale days?

A: Yes occasionally we have open days which offer 10% off our entire range that we have in stock on the day. This is only valid for items you take away on the day from our studio. We will advertise these days in local papers and on our site.

Q: Do you offer any bespoke shoes?

A: Yes! We can enhance any of our shoes with Swarovski AB or clear crystals, diamantes, pearls or lace appliqué to a design we supply or to your very own creation giving you an very original pair of bridal shoes. We can also add your own trims.

Q: Do you offer a dyeing service?

A: Yes! We have two in house professional dyers who can dye your shoes to one of our standard colours or a colour you supply. Please see our colour studio page for full details.

Q: Do you dye shoes not purchased from you?

A: Yes! We do realise that some brides and bridesmaids will already have their shoes. Please make sure the shoes you send are made of dye able satin. Please see our colour studio page to send your shoe to us for dyeing.

Q: Can your ivory shoes be dyed white?

A: Yes! Any of our ivory dye able shoes can be dyed by us to white free of charge excluding postage. Once dyed they are not included in our returns policy.

Q: I have seen a pair of white shoes I love but need them in ivory?

A: No problem, we can dye to our standard light ivory free of charge, excluding postage. Once dyed they are not then included in our returns policy.

Q: Can you dye my shoes after my wedding?

A: Yes, we dye many shoes to our standard black, brown or silver for only £9.99 inc return postage. Please see the colour studio page for full details.

Q: When can I expect delivery?

A: If you selected the 1st class recorded option then delivery is usually within 4 days if the next day delivery was selected before 10am then you will receive your parcel the next working day before 1pm.

Occasionally some shoes that we do not have in stock will be ordered direct from our supplier, in this case they are sent by DHL and 5 working days should be allowed.

Q: How do I order outside the UK?

A: Shoe sizes can vary from country to country. For shipping prices please see our delivery page.

Our returns policy does cover international orders. If you need to exchange an item then please re order on our website as shipping for exchanged on international orders is not free, your original order will then be refunded.

Q: Refunds: When can I expect mine?

A: We begin processing all refund requests as soon as the unwanted goods arrive back with us and when our returns department has cleared them through our quality control system. You will be refunded by your original payment method but please allow up to 28 days for your bank to process the refund and for it to appear on your statement.

Q: My payment has been taken twice, why?

A: When you place your order please be patient while the payment goes through, pressing again will only issue us with multiple payments. Your overpayment will be refunded immediately when the error is received.

Q: I need to buy shoes for my bridesmaids and they all live in different parts of the country, can I buy them but have them shipped to different addresses?

A: Yes, if you are buying on line then separate orders will need to be completed for each different address. Please use your name for the billing address and your bridesmaids for the shipping address.

Q: I have not received my order, why?

A: If it is more than 4 working days from despatch of your shoes, firstly check with your local delivery office that they have not attempted a delivery as sometimes the postman fails to leave a calling card. If the shoes are not at the Delivery Office please contact us and we will consult the Royal Mail Track & Trace system and advise you accordingly.

Q: How do I return my shoes for a refund or exchange?

A: We would prefer that you recycle the grey bags your shoes came in by turning inside out. Please do not send back without packaging. Please fill in our returns form which is located at the bottom of any page and return to the address given on the form.

We recommend that you use a signed for method of return, 2nd class recorded is the cheapest method. This then insures you for up to £34 if the item were to be lost in the post. If the item is more expensive then you may wish to use special next day delivery which then insures you for £500. Please note that returns are sent at the risk of the customer and if lost in the post the customer will need to file a compensation claim with Royal Mail.

Q: Is my payment secure when I order online?

A: Yes, Our on-line ordering system uses the latest secure encryption technology. All personal and credit card information is submitted with the highest level of security for your protection.

Q: Is my information confidential?

A: All the information collected on our site will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, reused, rented, disclosed, or loaned. Any information you provide will be held with the utmost care and the details will only be used to send items you have ordered.

Phone numbers will only be used by ourselves for order related queries.

Q: Can I return dyed or detailed items?

A: Personalised items, dyed shoes and diamante detailing are excluded from our returns policy. This is only if you have had the shoes dyed or detailed to your own specifications and not for items that already come with detailing on
