Placing an Order

When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to buy goods.
We will send you an email to confirm the order and inform you of a posting date.

In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available we will advise you of this and refund any money paid.

Returns

We offer a no hassle refund or exchange on all items so long as they have not been worn.

You can cancel this contract at anytime up to 7 working days after the day of delivery using our returns form or by emailing us at info@perditasweddingshoes.co.uk.

You must return goods to us at your own expense and ensure goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage.

If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and this results in damage or deterioration then we will charge you for the reduction in value.

We advise wearing a pop sock when trying on shoes to avoid marking.

Refunds

Refunds are issued within 21 days by your original payment method.

A completed returns form should be enclosed in the parcel to avoid delays in refunding.

Items returned to us for a refund within the stated time will be liable for a £3 handling charge per item. This does not apply to items being sent back for an exchange.

We are sorry but we can not accept phone enquiries regarding returns or refunds unless 21 days from the day you posted the parcel have elapsed.

Faulty Goods

If there is a problem with the goods please contact us to rectify the problem.

Undelivered Parcels

All parcels do need to be signed for. Your local sorting office will keep any uncollected parcels for two weeks and after this they will be returned to us.

The postage will then need to be paid for again and if the postal service did not leave a calling card then a claim should be put in for Royal Mail to refund you the postage.

If the parcel was returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address given on the order form then postage will also need to be paid again.

Security policy

Our on-line ordering system uses the latest secure encryption technology.

All personal and credit card information is submitted with the highest level of security for your protection.

Excluded Services

Personalised items, dyed shoes and diamante detailing are excluded from our 7 day cancellation refund policy.

Privacy Policy

All the information collected on this site will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, reused, rented, disclosed, or loaned.

Any information you provide will be held with the utmost care and the details will only be used to send items you have ordered.

Phone numbers will only be used by ourselves for order related queries.

We object to spam, and assure you that your details will not be used for such activities.

Wholesale Orders

For larger orders over £500 the postage/shipping is at cost and calculated when parcels are packaged. Therefore the postage costs are not applicable.
