Opening hours

Our phone lines are open Monday – Friday 9.00am-4.00pm but do get extremely busy so for this reason we operate a 7 day a week email answer service open 9.00am-9.00pm Monday-Sunday for all enquiries.

Our studio is located in Stoke on Trent and you may call in to purchase items. We are open by appointment only.

Terms and Conditions

Placing an Order

When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to buy goods. We will send you an email to confirm the order. Please make sure you input your correct email address otherwise a confirmation email will not get to you.

In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available we will advise you of this and refund any money paid.

Cancelling an order

You can cancel this contract (your order) at anytime up to 7 working days after the day of delivery using our returns form or by emailing us at info@perditasweddingshoes.co.uk

Dyed, detailed or custom made shoes are not included in our cancellation policy.

Returns within 14 days of receipt

We offer a no hassle refund or exchange on all items so long as they have not been worn or damaged.

You can return the goods within 14 days of receipt using our returns form

You must return goods to us at your own expense and ensure goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage. We do not refund any postage costs.

We advise that you use a signed for return method as if items go astray you the customer will need to make the claim with Royal Mail. Sorry but we cannot do this for you.

If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and this results in damage or deterioration then we will charge you for the reduction in value.

We advise wearing a pop sock when trying on shoes to avoid marking.

If you return an item for an exchange and then return the exchanged item for a refund we have the right to deduct the free postage costs for that exchange from your refund. Postage costs available on our delivery page.

NO RESTOCKING FEE!

Some companies charge a restocking fee for each item that is returned for a refund. Here at Perdita’s we do not charge any restocking fees. Please check other companies’ terms and conditions for their charges.

Refunds

Refunds are normally issued within 7 days of receipt but please allow up to 14 days for refunds to go back into your account.

A completed returns form should be enclosed in the parcel to avoid delays in refunding.

NO refunds will be given unless we receive the unused goods back with a returns form and within our 14 day returns period under any circumstances.

Items which are Non returnable

Dyed items, detailed items, hosiery, insolia or any other items that are worn next to the skin are not included in our returns policy. All items made to customers own specifications are non returnable so please be aware that even if they do not fit you cannot return them. We do not guarantee fittings.

Exchanges

I am sorry, but we do not offer exchanges.

If you would like a different size, please place a fresh order on our website and your return will be refunded (minus postage costs)

Faulty Goods

If there is a problem with the goods please contact us within 48 hours to rectify the problem.

If you need to return faulty goods please return within 7 days of receipt by 2nd class standard postage and keep the posting receipt. Sorry but we can only refund 2nd class standard postage.

Sizes

All our sizes are in stated in UK sizes.

All heel sizes are approximate.

Delivery Times

We have hundreds of items in stock but Some USA orders are on a 2-3 week delivery time and orders made to customers own specifications can take up to 8 weeks. If there will be a delay with your order you will be notified by phone or email.

Free gifts and free postage

If you take advantage of our price match promise with free postage and then decide to return the item, you must also return the unopened free gift. The cost of the initial postage will be deducted from your refund. If the gift is not returned this will also be deducted from your refund.

Undelivered Parcels

All parcels do need to be signed for. Your local sorting office will keep any uncollected parcels for 7 days and after this they will be returned to us.

The postage will then need to be paid for again and if the postal service did not leave a calling card then a claim should be put in for Royal Mail to refund you the postage.

If the parcel was returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address given on the order form then postage will also need to be paid again.

Security policy

Our on-line ordering system uses the latest secure encryption technology.

All personal and credit card information is submitted with the highest level of security for your protection.

Dyed and detailed shoes

Personalised items, dyed shoes and diamante detailing are excluded from our 7 day cancellation refund policy. These are non returnable items.

Privacy Policy

All the information collected on this site will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, reused, rented, disclosed, or loaned.

Any information you provide will be held with the utmost care and the details will only be used to send items you have ordered.

Phone numbers will only be used by ourselves for order related queries and we do not keep customers credit card details.

We object to spam and assure you that your details will not be used for such activities.

Free gifts and free postage

If you take advantage of our price match promise and then decide to return the item, you must also return the unopened free gift. If the gift is not returned the cost of the gift will be deducted from your refund.

If you make a purchase during one of our Free postage weeks these will be sent on a standard delivery service approx 2-5 days. If you then decide to return the item for a refund the postage as stated below will be deducted from your refund amount.

Changes to the Above Terms

These terms were last changed February 2009.

We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply to future orders.
