PLEASE READ BEFORE RETURNING ITEMS:
Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt for a refund. The day you received the items counts as day one and we must receive the item back in our warehouse within 14 full days. If in doubt please ask as items received over this time will only be returned to the customer once postage has been paid. It is the customers responsibility to ensure items reach us within this time. If returned items are out of time then postage of £6 will need to be paid to arrange for the items to be returned to you.
Please do not ask us to waive this policy.
Items which are non returnable: All dyed shoes: All shoes that you have requested we dye before sending out. All detailed shoes and all custom made shoes. All Hosiery, insolia, garters, gloves or any item which is in direct contact with the skin due to hygiene reasons.
Exchanges: We no longer off an exchange facility all items will be refunded. If you wish to re-order please order on the website or call 01782 202404 quoting your original order number and we shall take payment over the phone.
