If you wish to try the shoes on before we dye then please follow the instructions below.

Standard Colour 7 day 'try before we dye' service

  • Place your order and click the 'try before buy' button and we shall send the shoes out to you first to try on.
  • If they are suitable please return them to us along with the disclaimer. stating which colour is required
  • If they are NOT suitable and you wish to exchange them please use our returns form found at the bottom of any page.

Swatch / Unique Colour 'try before we dye' service

  • Place your order and click the 'try before buy' button and we shall send the shoes out for you to try on first.
  • If they are suitable please return them to us with a swatch of the colour you require and our disclaimer. The swatch can be a piece of fabric, a cotton real or Dulux colour card.
  • If they are NOT suitable and you wish to exchange them please use our returns form found at the bottom of any page.

Payment
You will not be charged for the dyeing cost with 'try before we dye' when adding the shoes to your shopping basket. When you return the shoes with the form, you will be requested to pay for the dyeing charges at that point.

3 week swatch dyeing: Try first£19.99You will not be charged for this dyeing cost now. When you return the shoes with the form, you will be requested to pay for the dyeing
2 week swatch dyeing: Try first£24.99You will not be charged for this dyeing cost now. When you return the shoes with the form, you will be requested to pay for the dyeing
1 week swatch dyeing: Try first£29.99You will not be charged for this dyeing cost now. When you return the shoes with the form, you will be requested to pay for the dyeing
3 day swatch dyeing: Try first£36.99You will not be charged for this dyeing cost now. When you return the shoes with the form, you will be requested to pay for the dyeing charges at that point.
