Access to and use of this Website and the products and services available through this Website are subject to the following terms, conditions and notices. By using the Services, you are agreeing to all of our Terms, as may be updated by us from time to time. You should check this page regularly to take notice of any changes we may have made to the Terms of Service. We will not be liable if for any reason this Website is unavailable at any time or for any period. From time to time, we may restrict access to some parts or this entire website to update stock. This Website also contains links to other websites, which are not operated by Perditas and we accept no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.



Intellectual Property, Software and Content

The intellectual property rights in all software and content made available to you on or through this Website remains the property of Perditas. You may store, print and display the content supplied solely for your own personal use. You are not permitted to publish, manipulate, distribute or otherwise reproduce, in any format, any of the content or copies of the content supplied to you or which appears on this Website nor may you use any such content in connection with any business or commercial enterprise without the written permission from Perditas.



Submission of material

By submitting any material to us, you automatically grant Perditas the royalty-free, perpetual, exclusive right and license to use, reproduce, modify, edit, adapt, publish, translate and display such material (in whole or part) worldwide and/or to incorporate it in other works in any form, media, or technology now known or later developed.



Terms of Sale

By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order. Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any delays are usually advertised on the listing. We allow a maximum of two styles per same size for comparison reasons unless agreed by the management. We will not be held responsible for delays resulting from postal strikes or supplier stock delays. In order to contract with Perditas you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card. Perditas retains the right to refuse any request made by you. If your order is accepted we will inform you by email. Please provide a valid email address for confirmation of your order. When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. All prices advertised can be subject to such changes without notice. In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available we will advise you of this and refund any money paid.



Showroom Sales

Items purchased in the showroom can be returned for an exchange only within 2 weeks of purchase. Items found to be faulty will be repaired or replaced if returned with 6 months of purchase. Bespoke items which have been dyed or detailed are not included in our returns policy.



Availability

Perditas holds hundreds of items in stock but various makes will be ordered in direct from our suppliers and may therefore maybe on a delay. If you need your item urgently we advise you contact us prior to ordering for delivery times and to check stock availability. Next day delivery on some makes are not guaranteed but will be stated in the listing unless Perdita’s has the item in stock. Items sold in our showroom at the weekend won't be taken off the website until the following Monday so please call or email us to check availability first.



Free Postage

For comparison purposes on wedding shoes we only allow a max of two same size different styles that we don't hold in stock. For items we hold in stock 3 same size styles can be ordered. If your order is for bridesmaids then do let us know.



Our Contract

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order: We do need a valid email address for you to receive this email. We advise that a mobile and landline number are included on your order in case we need to contact you urgently regarding your order.



Payment Methods

You can pay by all major credit and debit cards. Payment is taken at time of ordering through our secure payment gateway Sage Pay or Paypal.



Bridesmaid Shoes

Some shoes in our bridesmaid section will be sent out in ivory for you to try first and then if they are suitable and fit we can dye them to the shade in the picture. If you prefer for us to dye straight away then they will not be included in our returns policy. These terms are displayed on the listing.



Sale Items

We regret we are unable to guarantee availability on sale items and if out of stock we will refund your payment within 24 hours. All of our sale items are in stock for immediate dispatch and are usually discontinued styles from our suppliers so are not available in all sizes, only the sizes stated. Please note that most of our items are in new condition but some maybe slight seconds. Ask for clarification before ordering if in doubt. There may be possible outer box damage and goods have been priced to take this into consideration. Discount codes are not valid on sale items. Only two sale items allowed per order. All sale items need to be returned within 7 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.



Discount Codes

Discount codes are offered from time to time but are not valid on phone orders, sale items, dyeing, personalised items and detailing services.



Returns Advice

Although not a condition of sale, we advise that any returns should be sent using a signed for service for your peace of mind and security. For example Royal mail offer a 2nd class signed, which we used to deliver your products. There are other couriers.



Cancelling your order/Returns

Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 state you have the right to cancel your order (apart from non returnable items or items made to your specifications or clearly personalised) within 7 days of receipt. If you wish to exercise your statutory right to cancel, you must notify us in writing with your order number within 7 days and immediately return the items that you do not wish to keep to us at your cost. If you cancel within the statutory period you may claim a refund of any sum you have paid. Items returned over the 7 day cancellation period: We have the right to deduct the original postage costs (£3.99 per pair shoes and £2.99 for accessories) The goods must be returned in new unused condition with outer packaging and with no tape around the shoe box. If the box is defaced then a charge of £3.50 will be deducted from any refund. We do not accept items back over 30 days from receipt. Exchanged items must be returned within 2 weeks. You must return goods to us at your own expense and ensure goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and this results in damage or deterioration then no refunds can be issued. We advise wearing a pop sock when trying on shoes to avoid marking and please only try the shoes on carpet as hard services will mark the soles.



Refunds

Refunds are normally issued within 7 working days of goods being received back in our warehouse but please allow up to 14 days for refunds to go back into your account. A completed returns form should be enclosed in the parcel to avoid delays in refunding. Postage is not refundable.



Exchanges

Free postage on 1st exchanges only. UK only. If you return an item for an exchange and then return the exchanged item for a refund we have the right to deduct the free postage costs for that exchange from your refund. £3.99 per pair shoes £2.99 per accessory.



Items not included in our returns policy

Dyed, personalised items, earrings, detailed or custom designed shoes or flip flops, any item which states detailed to order on the listing plus Ladies hosiery, Children’s socks & tights, gel insoles, lingerie with undergarments ie thongs, pants, items fitted with trims using the fit now service and products which are made to your specifications are excluded from our 7 day cancellation policy. Your statutory rights are not affected in any way by this policy. Exchanges on Jewellery only.



Dyeing or Crystal Detailing

All detailed or dyed items to customer requirements are not included in our returns policy therefore if you wish to try items on before the items are personalised then please order first selecting the try before dye option or by adding no detailing to your order. The goods will then be sent out first for you to try. The dye used is water-soluble so may run in the rain. We recommend using a water-protecting spray such as scotch guard which will help to minimise runs but will not offer any guarantees. We offer a scotch guard service if required. Permanence is not guaranteed on detailed, dyed or personalised items and will depend on various factors. We can't guarantee any standard dyeing colours on our website as different computer screens can show colours differently. If you require a specific colour we recommend you opt for the swatch service.



As standard we use DMC Crystals unless stated otherwise in the listing. If you do require genuine Swarovski crystals then this service is subject to a further charge, please ask for a quote. All bride and just married crystal items are handmade and therefore some variation on design maybe seen by the font and layout. If in doubt please ask before ordering.



Jewellery:

Earrings are not included in our returns policy for hygiene reasons. If an item is made to order this is not included in our returns policy.



NO RESTOCKING FEE!

Some companies charge a restocking fee for each item that is returned for a refund. Here at Perdita’s we do not charge any restocking fees. Please check other companies’ terms and conditions for their charges.



Faulty or Wrong Goods Received

If you find a fault with your goods you must inform us by email to info@perditasweddingshoes.co.uk within 48hours of receipt to report the problem, the goods then need to be returned within the next 7 days by 2nd class standard post. The post office may say you are not insured for this service but as long as you get a receipt for the 2nd class post we insure you for any loss. If you return by any other posting method a postage refund cannot be issued. Worn items: If you find a fault with your worn goods over 7 days from receipt we will repair or replace that item and return postage is not refundable. If we no longer have the same item available a credit note will be issued. No refunds on worn items. Unworn items: Items returned within our 14 day returns policy will receive a refund of the purchase price or free exchange unless they have been detailed to your specifications in this case we will repair or replace. If you have not reported the fault within our 48hour report time. No postage is refundable. Not classed as faults: Small glue marks, marks that can be easily wiped off, Items classed on listing as seconds, marks inside the shoes, marks on the soles which are not worn marks, some embellishments are glued into place and small amounts of glue may be seen through the trim. This is not noticed when wearing. All these are caused by the manufacturing process and are not classed as a fault. Rainbow Club glitter range: There maybe some loss of glitter this is a natural characteristic of the fabric and is not seen as a fault.



Sizes

All our sizes are stated in UK sizes and are not guaranteed. EU/USA sizes differ from UK sizes and conversion charts vary in size conversions. If you wish us to clarify the US or EU size please email us before placing your order. All heel sizes are approximate and not guaranteed and are given to us by suppliers. If you require us to clarify this measurement please email with the product code before placing your order.



Phone orders

Phone orders can be placed by ringing 01782 564647. Postal charges apply for phone orders. Discount code and offers are not valid on phone orders.



Undelivered Parcels

All parcels do need to be signed for. Your local sorting office will keep any uncollected parcels for 7 days and after this they will be returned to us. If the parcel is returned to us as undelivered and the postal service did not leave a calling card then a claim should be put in with Royal Mail to refund you any postage costs. If the parcel was returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address given on the order form then postage will need to be paid to re send the item. If the goods are undelivered and returned to us you may cancel the order but postal charges are not refundable.



Security & Privacy policy

Our on-line ordering system uses the latest secure encryption technology. All personal and credit card information is submitted with the highest level of security for your protection. All the information collected on this site will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, reused, rented, disclosed, or loaned. Any information you provide will be held with the utmost care and the details will only be used to send items you have ordered and to inform you of special offers no more than 4 times a year. If you do not want to receive our special offer emails please let us know and you will be removed. Phone numbers will only be used by ourselves for order related queries and we do not keep customers credit card details.



These conditions do not affect your statutory rights



We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply to future orders.
